Delivery Information

 

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer. Please note that at busy times or if an item is out of stock, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.

STANDARD RECORDED DELIVERY (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Recorded Delivery within the UK is £7 or free when you spend over £100.

We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail Recorded and it will generally be delivered with your normal post but will require a signature on delivery. Please contact us if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)

We can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). Special Delivery costs £10, or £3.00 when you spend over £100. 

These orders must be placed by telephone before 1pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We can deliver to addresses outside of the UK. We use DHL Express for worldwide shipping for a flat fee of £30.

Customs and Import Duties for all countries will be paid in addition to the shipping fee (except for Germany). They will be calculated and paid for at the point of checkout.

For shipments to Germany, due to tax regulations we are unable to pay for  Customs and Import Duties and you will still be liable for these charges on delivery. The amounts you will need to pay will be clearly shown at checkout.

All custom and import duties will be clearly seen at the checkout. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING
All Aurora jewellery is beautifully presented in stylish boxes appropriate to each piece to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. A care label is included with each piece, with advice about the best way to store and keep your jewellery so that it stays as bright and sparkly as new. Buying a present for someone special? Aurora can individually gift wrap your chosen pieces at no extra cost, just tick the box at the checkout.
